Phillips demanded not returning it but, the physical recept with name, Model, serial no. I don't have original. recept, I have written and called online five times. They mailed copy of April statement but it does not mention any of required details Phillips requires Therefore this is second toothbrush in less than a year from Phillips not working. There policy of rwfusuing the brush is mean User's recommendation: Avoid.
