In May 2012 I contacted Livermore Ford regarding a Honda van they had for sale. Rory (the salesman) assured me that it was in great condition. I told him I was going to drive from Reno to look @ the vehicle. Rory stated if I would give him a $1,000.00 credit deposit he would hold the vehicle until I could look at it. And if I didn't buy the vehicle a credit would be issued within the week. I declined to buy the vehicle because of a mechanical noise. As of today credit has not been issued and I had to contest the charge with my card company.
