Refused to honor warrantee

After calling Samsung for a problem with the smart hub on my tv, it was found to need a new smart hub computer card. The tv is still under warrantee, and Samsung told me that a service call would be put in for a repair. the warrantee states that for any tv over 36 inches (mine is 50 inches) a service tech would be sent to my home to make the repair.I recieved a call from Reggie at Fortins tv to set up an appointment. Reggie informed me that they would not come to my home to repair my tv, that I had to bring it to them. After contacting Samsung again I was informed that Fortins TV is in violation of their service agreement with Samsung. Samsung has been very helpful in all of this and has arranged for another service provider to repair my tv. I will never do business with Fortins TV again. Although they are a local business they are terrible with customer service. If you are looking for a good company to buy or service a tv, avoid Fortins TV at all costs.
