Update by user Aug 20, 2020 They refuse to do any refund and refuse to accept the fact 3 weeks wait to get any response to a solution is to long. I got a plumber out in ONE DAY (under 4 hours) that unclogged the outside drain. Yes Nicor Home Solutions did nothing for 3 weeks and I called many times. Tamera is a liar and refuses to do anything. Again DO NOT TRUST NICOR HOME SOLUTIONS! Original review posted by user Jul 21, 2020 Outside drain clogged. They refused to cover it and the guy they sent was unqualified. Called me at 11 PM then said after the weekend would come by 2pm Never showed until 9:30 pm and wanted me to help unload (I am disabled Veteran over 70) Tamara said I did not have coverage which I did have and she denied it. She also said us Seniors do not understand! I called my own plumber who had it open within two hours after I called. I paid the bill. User's recommendation: BEWARE they lie especially Tamara who claims to be the supervisor (took her over 2 weeks to respond).
