I had 13 email exchanges with a person named Olivia badgering me to keep the wigs. Try again 30 % refund etc. I hate the productlooks like doll hair so why would I keep them? Even with a discount? The company has a refund/return policy that they do not follow. I am been beyond frustrated in dealing with this dishonest company. User's recommendation: Never use this company.
