Had appointment for consultation for vascular surgery. Waited over 2 months and my insurance was being changed to Cobra coverage and because of that they said I was considered self pay and must pay $5000 to be seen at all. My coverage would be retroactive and advised them of that and that it was a in network facility and they would have to get pre auth before any surgery anyway. Not willing to help or understand. Complete waste of time and harrasment.
