I brought my dog there to be groomed and right away the groomer was looking for reasons to not groom her. The groomer started going over her entire body like she was looking for something. My dog has an inverted eyelid and gets matter in her eye. She is 16 years old so has lots of little skin tags. Apparently they know more than the vet because they said she had an eye infection and could not groom her. From the minute I scheduled her appointment on line the groomer called and acted like she did not want to be bothered. Very poor customer service Rude! User's recommendation: Don't have me drive an hour to your salon and use your hoity toity attitude to refuse me service.
