refused replacement and refund

I bought a pair of Jordans as a birthday present for my boyfriend and shoes arrived in a timely manner. Delivery was very quick and I was pretty impressed with that. When my boyfriend tried on the shoes he said that they did not fit and were too small. That was strange because I ordered the correct size. I contacted Kixify and asked for a replacement and they replied that they don't offer replacements, so then I asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds. I was not able to change anything and they were not interested in helping me. I was very disappointed and so was my boyfriend. I will not buy from Kixify again!
