My daughter's pageant was canceled last year due to Covid. They refused a refund, including the talent fee that she paid several hours before they canceled the pageant. NAM knew that a decision was being made that day, they didn't inform her of that, instead they greedily took her money. They took money knowing that the pageant was most likely not taking place, money from a working college student. Disgusting greedy organization that should be shut down. 0 stars would be more appropriate. User's recommendation: Do not recommend. SCAM.
