Refused Refund even though flight was cancelled

I booked to fly from Darwin to Broome on July 13 2020. The flight was cancelled but because there was another flight sometime in July they refused to deal with us at all. At that time we were in lockdown and could not fly anywhere. User's recommendation: Do not book with them.
