Refused exchange of printer cartridges
They sent me the wrong cartridges(their fault), but since I had previous unused cartridges for my printer I did not notice this error until a year later(my fault). They refused to allow me to return them for the correct cartridges, stating their "policy" does not allow them to do the right thing, since too much time had expired. "Oh Sir, I am so sorry, but there is nothing we can do to help you." STAY AWAY! There are much better online vendors that will appreciate your business and treat you like a valued customer.When you go the extra mile for a customer, you have them for life. When you *** on them, you will never see another penny, and they write nasty online reviews. You reap what you sow.....
