I had purchased a subscription to their service a year ago. I then stopped using their service and forgot about it. I thought what I had made was a 1-year single purchase. Turns out it was an auto-renewable subscription. I get an email only after the renewal has been made. They didn't even notify me that they were going to charge me. I sent an email asking for a refund and cancellation of the service. They refused. It's incredible they someone can just take your money like that.
