Refuse payment to ATA Airline

I am disappointed with the action you have taken on my behalf, most of the people I know have already resolved their charge back from ATA Airlines. When can I expect this matter to be resolved. I canceled the charge before I received my statement and charges could have been denied to ATA immediately.
