Refuse a refund on a concert that was promised and never happened

I place and order for a concert on a certain date and time they promised, it didn't happen. Ok it was rescheduled BUT that's not the date and time I wanted or paid for. Their reply - well try to sell them myself. I'm not a clearing house or ticket company. User's recommendation: Don't buy from event tickets center - just rent a music video !
