Hello i will try and make this as short a possible,on the 24/03/20 i bought 2 items from River Island totaling £75.00.I was unable to return them as lock down had started,i am vulnerable with a lung disease COPD so i had to isolate for 3months,I phoned river island custome services Case ref 266**** Group ref 288**** but they dident get back to me.There phone number is 344 334 **** and its Milton Keynes Store 888.I broke my knee cap in May because i got very ill and lost a lot of weight and am still under hospital regulations,so i was unable to return the items when the store reopened.If they cant refund me then i would be willing for them to give me a Gift card,the items still have there tags on and i have the receipt.I would much appreciate your help in this matter.Thank you.
