We went in to give back the money since we never ended up being able to use it and they tell us no they can’t because the payment is pending but we didn’t want a refund we wanted to give the money back and close are account out that’s it! They have people in that store that are not trained properly! There new workers and left to handle the store by there selfs! they do not know what there doing she couldn’t understand what we where telling her all we wanted was a to give the money back and close out are account now my husband has to leave work witch is going to cut are pay check just so he can handle it now tomorrow! Also I called a few days ago they couldn’t help me told me to have Him go into the store and let them know I’AM authorized to make changes or give back money pay payments ect.... that lady informs us that he has to write a letter stating I want to be a third party on the loan then says they do not accept third party’s to be added we told her that’s not what we are talking about hey told us to come down and he could add me to the account it she’s not trained properly so couldn’t understand what we where talking about!!!! Over all *** customer service and people that can’t help customers so there for we as customers did not get helped and now have to take more time off of work to deal with because the managers are to lazy to take care of it or stay long enough to help the customers!!!
