My aunt ordered a 3-year subscription to Soap Opera Digest through TMS. They have already charged two of three $100 monthly payments to her credit card. She wants to cancel the order but TMS refuses to cancel, claiming that she is past a supposedly 14 day limit to cancel. I formally disputed the charges with her credit card company based on their refusal to honor her cancellation request. User's recommendation: Don't have ANYTHING to do with Total Magazine Service. If you want to subscribe to a specific magazine, contact that magazine's customer service department directly.
