Refusal to adhere to contract

This company (PetPlan) not only refused to pay for services as per the contract but also continued to charge monthly policy fees after policy cancellation for 7 continuous months after my pets death. They (Heather and Ashley) also refused to give me the information to contact both their complaints division as well as their governmental regulatory division. My contract clearly states they will reimburse expenses related to the death of my dog and it's appalling they continued to charge my account after the policy was canceled due to death. Future policy payments were disguised on my credit card and when I canceled the card they hard the audacity to call me for non payment. Now they want to reimburse partial payment and said it'll take several weeks to process.
