Refusal of Rebates

Country Store VIP Club debit my account monthly for supposedly savings club where you get a 5-10% rebate based on where you shop. They denied 35 claimes of mine. When I inquired as to why they informed me that I didn't send in receipts even though I did everything correctly on line. I did not send in receipts when I sent in my previous rebates online. So they pay when they want to and their rules are inconsistent. Everything should be made clear up front and the rules should be consistent. User's recommendation: Wheen customers join explain everything up front and stick to whatever the true rules are for the program or company policy.
