Refusal of medical help

Contacted edwards health care systems and Medtronic rep and they refuse to send medical device even though insurance approved it now i have had to go to hospital several times for help. Why does a company refuse help to a diasabled person and allow stress and more medical issues that they can help. This is fraud and against state l Ada law.
