I didnt want to result to adding to these comments, I gave the dealership plenty of time to resolve the issue. I work in a service industry and quite honestly I would lose my customer over this and be blasted all over social media. Its a bit of Wells Fargoish if you asked me. Purchased car - July 3 Ill admit Im smarter then this but I was a victim of a shell game about how they were discounting my purchase. I was even told I was being given 0% financing- 860 credit score. You really dont know what you get until you plug the usb drive in your computer. Add ons- yeah I knew better- I purchased four addons. I read the fine print and on August 3 I cancelled all of them. Lets fast forward- its now Sept 23 and the bank I have it financed with - oh by the way the 0% is really 3.75%, still hasnt received the credit. So I am paying interest every day on the higher balance. I have contacted dealership numerous times- I even reached out to GM who just forwarded my email and I received a snarky response back from FM- things like this take time and the GM never had the courtesy to provide an apology or service recovery. style="Is there a timeline of how long the addons cant be refunded for the dealership or FI manager to get their commission off the sale- WF tactics! style=" Unhappy and unable to escalate this issue.
