NI was charged a 250 deposit for no smoking in room and was told that we wasnt seen on camera smoking outside the room, which was false accusations, I know there was no smoking inside the room, I also know there should have been plenty of activity on the cameras of us smoking outside the suite as well as us taking pictures and the delivery man brining is our dinner, so to say there is none, means the cameras was never checked, plus to just assume it was smoking inside the room without proof was really unacceptable, I was refunded my money and appreciate it but I still didnt like how she/they just assumed without ANY proof..
