refund yet to be processed

I placed an order on december 5th. Unfortunately, the items were very cheaply made so I returned them. The tracking info confirmed the package was received on the 23rd of december. Until this day, i'm still waiting to receive my refund. I have contacted nasty gal customer service by email, since they don't provide a phone number so you can speak to someone, and they are telling me that just because I no longer have my proof of postage receipt they can't process my refund. I have explained to them various times (all by email) that it has been confirmed that they received it on the 23rd but they won't reply back. I have asked them to please contact me by telephone and still waiting for a call. Horrible customer service and clothes!!! Never ever buying again from them. Will fight for my money until the end. I will call my credit card and fight it if nasty gal doesn't do something soon. This company is truly nasty!!
