Refund too long

Hello I have now been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the refund of my order number: 411380****19396. You agree to process this refund within 3 to 5 days ... Unfortunately, after more than 2 weeks, you still haven't refunded anything. I ask you to speed up your checks so that I can continue to order from Lazada ... Best regards Thierry Dandrieu
