I literally paid the deposit for a trip on a Friday night and learned the trip was cancelled on the following Monday. I was advised initially that I woud not be getting a refund, then I sent an email after hanging up on only to learn that I would be getting a refund in 4-6 weeks! That is very ridiculous considering that it only took 2 secs for it to be taken. I will never book with them again.
