On April 4, 2020 I contacted your company to have a free trial that you advertised, for 5 dollars payment shipment, only. Through the conversation, your agent offered other product for free trial and 5 dollars payment for shipment for 14 days. On April 20 your company charged my checking account for 109 dollars and cents and 142 dollars and cents for the creams you sent me (only one on each: Day and night cream and Rapid Repair). I canceled my account with your company and when I wanted to returned your creams that I received, and have my money back, your agent told me I needed to talk to my bank. I did it today and they told me that I need to talk to your company because they have approved your payments. Therefore, my account is canceled, I have your products brand new, I want my money back and return your creams. Just tell me where and when I will have my money back.
