on 05/03/2017 the dept of the treasury posted a refund to my account trace no [protected]-1399748 receiving financial rt number is [protected] name is Ollie o claix on my original filing for 2016 my account number is placed on to the second page of the 1040 and the rt number placed is [protected] and account number is [protected] this is the account number I was suppose to get my refund placed onto . On several occasions I have tried to contact your com and I can not get a person to respond to my serious complaint the amount of my refund for 2016 is 5, 092.00 I never received it. I haver used the same info for 2017 and I hope I don't have issues as I have a hardship and n eed payment asap for both years but I receive a letter from the irs stating that my 2016 was deposited please review and inform me as I have exhausted my resources.
