Refund rip off

I have e mail from them in Dec 2018 stating length of service and what they cover. Was refused service in March 2019 and again in June 3 or 4 2019. Since service was not provided I requested a refund which I was supposed to hear about om Friday Aug 15. Did not happen appears they are theives since they have blocked my phone number.
