I have disputed this with the bank a couple of times and they have reversed the charges while reviewing this claim. Ultimately the case is closed and I have been charged for $200 of product that I did not receive. Your company is stealing from people and providing false tracking information and documents that are not valid. I will pursue this matter further with the FTC if it can't be resolved with your company. Please issue a refund to me.
