First complaint: I cancelled a hotel reservation due to Covid-19 and was given Groupon credit. I have requested a refund to no avail. I have tried to talk on chat line with customer service reps and all I get is I can't help. Please email us. I emailed at [protected]@groupon.com and my email was blocked. I emailed them at [protected]@groupon.com and the email came stating the link was no longer available. Second complaint: I purchased a Texas Roadhouse gift card through Groupon and asked to email to the person as a birthday gift. She informed that she never received. I have tried through the to talk to someone. I sent all the copies of the emails I received from them and my bank statement where the money was deducted from my account. Again, no help. Tell what government agency that can help me with this issue. This is a terrible business. Thank you. Jannet Martin
