Refund policy is BS

I called metro pcs twice they refused to help me. Told me to go to a corporate store which is probably 2 hours away from where i live. The store manager at the local metropcs refused to refund. I have had the device 5 days basically through it as me, and stated they were going to charge the employee for the return and it was coming out of her check if they were forced to return it. I have been a customer for 3 years and I'm extremely pissed. What happened to the metro promise for easy return if device has been bought before 7 days *** liars and scam artists.
