I closed our account that we had and enjoyed for 8 years, now no need. I would like a refund appropriate to the timeline. I cancelled on July 1, 2020 having received the email on Friday June 26, 2020. I tried phoning and to no avail, the same accented message goes out no matter what number you phone. Please apply a refund for the year minus the 3 business days. User's recommendation: Be aware of the annual renewal date. Put on your calendar.
