There is a problem with Jedi: Fallen Order relating to the age of our xbox one. My dad is not happy about it and would like full refund or a gift card. Personally, i am hoping you just give us an xbox one s so we can enjoy your game in peace. I personally love this game, and would like to play it more, but there are so many things wrong with it. Because our xbox is old, the audio and the video of the cutscenes constantly fail to sync together properly resulting in the characters moving their lips and we hear what they actually say a few long seconds later. You guys did not tell us the game wouldn't work well with an older xbox, nor did you mention it took a long time to load. Too long for our operating system. We want our money back, a gift card, an update for a compatibility mode for our xbox, or a whole new xbox. Thank you.
