REFUND ON MY LOUNGE SET THAT WAS RETURNED TO THE STORE

I PURCHASED A LOUNGE SUITE FROM ROCHESTER CORNUBIA IN NOVEMBER 2018. WHEN I PURCHASED FROM THE SALES PERSON HE DIDNT TELL ME THE RETURN POLICY , HAD I KNOWN I WOULD OF BEING CAUTIOUS. FIRSTLY I USED MY HUSBANDS DEBIT CARD TO PAY AND THE STORE USED MY NAME ON THE INVOICE. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE SET IN MY HOME IT DIDNT FIT SO I CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO RETURN THE SET , IT TOOK THEM I AND A HALF WEEKS TO PICK UP ,I HAD TO KEEP ASKING WHEN THEY ARE PICKING UP . WHEN I ASKED FOR MY REFUND THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO GET AN AFFIDAVID SIGNED STATING THE SET WAS BOUGHT ON MY HUSBANDS CARD , PROOF OF DELIVERY ADDRESS WHICH I GAVE THEM . THEN THE MANAGER TELLS ME PAYMENT WILL 7 TO 14 DAYS TO GET BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I QUERIED AFTER A WEEK WHEN I CAN GET MY MONEY SO I CAN SORT A NEW SET , THE SALES MAN TELLS ME THEY CAN MAKE TWO PAYMENTS CAUSE PART OF THE SET WAS CREDITED AND THE OTHER PART WAS CREDITED THE NEXT DAY. THE STORE PROMISED THAT THE EFT WAS DONE UP UNTIL THIS MORNING NO PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL SAY I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO DO IT. APPARENTLY I NEED TO BE PATIENT.
