Refund on flybe going bust. Refund on Singapore airlines cancelled

I expected an email to say the exact amount will be refunded by now. Just get a recording saying be patient and claim will be sent. Flights were Manchester by Flybe, dusseldorf to Singapore and Singapore to Brisbane due flights 18 march. All cancelled. User's recommendation: Book flights direct to airlines and pay by credit card.
