Refund on canceled order

I recently ordered a part. That ended up being on back order. I canceled order. Now I am getting run around about my refund. I called customer service several times to explain I got a new credit card since the order was made. Each time Im told 1-3 days I will be contacted to update my card to receive refund. User's recommendation: Never buy from Sears part direct scam.
