I have received a travel voucher in 29 April 2018 N° [protected]. which still hasn't been refunded, I have spent over a 150$ calling Argentina from South Africa, every time I get a new case number with the company, last call I made I got a new case number and they told me the funds have been transferred yet nothing has being received 6 months later and still no refund or proper answer from this airline.
