Dear Sir/Madam, Have a good day. Reference number for my complaint is 1020397 in Air Arabia Airlines. -My Issue is that due to some restiction in UAE. The flight for 11-07-2021 is got cancelled by Air Arabia. When contactede the customer care.They aggred to refund the amount. But later on i am receving the message that your amount will be in credit for the next one year. -Due to pandamic situation it is not possible to travel to india and came back to Saudi Arabia twice in a year. -Kindly consider this situatuon and refund the amount for the ticket cancellation ASAP.
