Refund of Overcharge by Owner

HomeAway is nothing more than a sham site. Requested refund from Owner who overcharged us by (2) nights. Got the run around from both parties (Owner and HomeAway) that the other party was to refund. I have called HomeAway more times than I can count - and there is no place for a complaint and no recourse as a renter against the Owner. I will be placing a formal complaint with BBB. No company should operate this way. Pure FRAUD!
