I have contacted Tui and they cancelled my flight on the 30th July and refunded the money back to you on the 4th August. I haven't received any communication from you and no refund back to me, my booking online also still says confirmed but there is no flight. Can you refund my money please, so I can book another holiday? User's recommendation: Recommend booking direct with the airlines to get your refund swiftly, lastminute.com have made all their phone lines recorded messages which are not helpful.
