Update by user Oct 07, 2020 Yesterday, 65 days after mortgage was paid in full, I received a letter stating only that they need 15 more days to review my case. Original review posted by user Sep 07, 2020 I sold my house and the mortgage was paid off on 7/31/20. Escrow balance of $10,000+ still sits in my account and every time I call Im told a different story. Im going to call each day from now on and Ill post the daily lie on all social media. User's recommendation: Don’t!
