Re: Booking ID 7789588 Please see the email that I received from Norwegian Airlines on Oct 2, 2019, in which they acknowledge that FlightNetwork, as the travel agent, should refund me the cost of the four airline tickets (total of $1459.80) that I purchased thru the agency due to the airline cancelling the flight for technical problems with the plane. Please note their comment... "If you booked your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them for a refund". To date, no refund has been processed. Thank you in advance.
