purchased an iphone on the 31st march 2016, after a week the phone got stucked on the apple logo due to an update failure or so. took the phone at their shop for repaired, till date i haven't got my phone back or any refund as they stated clearly that they were going to refund me a new mobile as they were not able to repair it. every time i call they tell me they are waiting for an answer from apple company of dubai and that they'll keep me informed but no calls from them. am fed up of waiting as such. any help would be very much appreciated. thanks
