I sent a courier Mumbai to Kuwait on 05/04/2021 and it reached Kuwait on 13/04/2021. Some item was removed because it was a food item.So my first courier weight was 14 kg and after the food was gone it was 8 kg, so I had completed the payment of 14 kg.After that I was asked by your Aramex person, that when i get my refund and he said your refund release in 2/3 working days and today it is 10/05/2021.But I have not received the refund yet and I get a call in your Aramex office, then they say tomorrow will come tomorrow, tomorrow will try, but they have not come yet.Please send my refund soon, I have spent so much time, your service is not right, I don't like your service.
