refund not received for bd.320/- trip id no.[protected]

Kindly refund money of my cancelled tickets of Junaid and Tooba as saudi airlines are not allowed me for boarding, due to single name of passport so that we issued fresh tickets in this regard as I am following clear trip since June 2019. Firstly customer service is not cancelling my tickets then I discussed with saudi airlines customer care and they confirmed me that I have refund and then I called to ykour Indian customer care numbers but still they were institing me. Anyway, I got Bahrain customer care number and finally they cancelled my tickets on 10th July and promise to refund me within five working days. Saudi Airlines confirmed me that they released my refund in July to clear trip. I am calling frequently. Firstly customer service told me five working days of cancellation I will receive my money back but still I have not any confirmed response. Sometimes, customer service personnel takes half an hour on hold on account of checking the status of refund and saying there is no refund and sometimes they are saying it is in process sometimes, they told me it is with finance team. I am sorry to say that I am really disappointed with you and your customer care. Kindy resolve the matter as soon as possible. Best Regards Junaid
