I live in US and paid Rs. 12, 000 at Chandigarh clinic last year which included shipping for my medicines...took the first 3 month medicine with me. I never received any further shipments. I tried calling...none of the doctors tooks my calls and also, most of times weren't reachable... This year when I went back in Mar. 2011, I requested for my refund. The office took my information including the address in India and name to which they should make the refund. We haven't' received the refund till now. My mother and sister have been calling almost every week but they are just told to call next week...this have been going on for 7 months now... I exchanged emails with their complaint department and they have not acknowledged my email requests. My brother went through a similar experience...he paid for the whole year and never got my medicines. Poor guy could not go back and when called for refund...no one took any accountability. But in my case, I have a signed letter from the Dr. Batra's office that my refund will be processed and send back to me. Now, after 7 months of not receiving my refund...what are my options. Please suggest.
