refund not issued for more than 6 months, worst customer service and fake site. beware!

For more than 6 months, I have been trying to get a refund for 2 tickets charged twice for the Arsenal vs Crystal Palace 01/01/2017 game from Ticketbis. Absolutely no reply or intimation in spite of more than 30 emails. I have no idea why they need to take more than 6 months to issue a refund. I have already shared all the info along with the screenshot of my credit card where I was charged twice. Yet no reply. They have the worst customer service and website I have ever come across. It shows that this website is illegitimate and robs people who wants to buy tickets. This has been the worst experience for online purchase and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their site. Please BEWARE! DO NOT use their site to make any kind of purchases. I need my money back NOW! I don't care how you do it. I have had enough correspondence with your customer care and it has let to no resolution.
