Refund not given on returned merchandise

I returned two bras with the label they supplied. It has been over three weeks now and after several emails they still are saying they never received the package. The tracker number shows that it was delivered to the facility. I cannot seem to get a refund from this company. I feel like they are a scam and I have been ripped off.
