Refund not forth coming

Order number [303227****] Ticket refund - COVID-19 booked a ticket from Lyon to Jhb , taken 4 months of emails and still no refund , the istanbul JHB leg was cancelled due to COVED but the Lyon to Istanbul still was on time , i was told i was ano show for the first 2 months worth of emails , turkish airlines gladly corrected this with esky but still no refund , eskay is the problem , email sent numerous times Please can we get comment on below , this has been ongoing for 4 months it is starting to put ESKY and Turkish airlines in a very bad light , I for one will not recommend ESKY to anyone going forward , this was booked this on Credit Card and paying monthly interest on the amount, as mentioned a friend on the same flight booked directly with Turkish airlines and was refunded in 3-4 days so we doubt the problem lays with the air line Please open the link below and have a look at ESKY rating on hello peter , this explains a lot eSky Travel Reviews | Contact eSky Travel - Air Travel - 1.7 TrustIndex | Hellopeter.com Megan from Turkish airlines has asked for information to be able to follow up on the verification on the unused booking with no reply from ESKY, highlighted below Dear Ankur / ESky As previously requested by us on numerous occasions, please provide us with the BSP Link Refund Reference Number for us to be able to follow up from our side.
