I booked a flight from Milan to Tel Aviv on 12/09/2021, the flight has been postponed by the airline in 6 hours and I asked for refund. Ryanair refund and gotogate got it. however, it is more than month and half and the didn't refund my account. I already called customer service few times, and they promised I will be refunded. this still didn't happened.
